the day we did our tour was the worst weather day of our 2 week trip but the sights of the glaciers we were exposed to helped overcome the adverse weather.

We chose this attraction because we are Alaskans who wanted to share our wonderful state with our visiting family. We noted that MASKS WERE REQUIRED. This was important because my husband just finished cancer treatment and my daughter is pregnant. Although there were several announcements about wearing masks inside the cabin there was ABSOLUTELY NO ENFORCEMENT. I requested the crew to politely ask nearby tables to mask up. They declined to do so. I do not exaggerate when I say that less than 10% of the patrons ever wore a mask indoors. Luckily, it was a gorgeous day so we spent the whole day out on the deck. When I got back to town, I called headquarters and complained. They were polite but "non-responsive". They said they are a private company and masks are a "grey area". That "gray area" becomes black and white" when you state your requirement of mandatory masking indoors. As much as I want to promote and patronize Alaska businesses and the hard -hit tourism sector, Philips's decision not to enforce its stated policy is unacceptable.

I’m from Alaska, but showing my friends the beauty and majesty of the glaciers always renews my own love of Alaska. The windows were very dirty tho so that was disappointing.

From the time we got on the catamaran, the greatness arrived. First Mate Sam Malone and Captain Cody took us on a superb tour of the glaciers. We saw sea lions, seals, the Northwestern Fishing ship and of course the floating ice and the glaciers. WOW. Stunning. The Salmon Chowder served to kick off the trip was delicious. The staff was so nice and helpful. The views, sounds and sights were captivating to say the least. I will tell everyone about this being the best tour. You just have to get there, which any way that will be for you. AND, during the tour, the staff snags some real glacier ICE and can make your drink using that! We did it. Have you?

Truly amazing experience. The captain was very knowledgeable of the glaciers and nature in the area. He was also very accommodating to the passengers by stopping to be able to photograph wildlife.

Great views of the glaciers. Very knowledgeable staff. Food and service were both great. Crew did a great job of getting up close views, explaining all about the glaciers and wildlife, and provided ample opportunity for all to get a up close front line view of each of the highlights. Very well done.

Easy ride, beautiful scenery … we were able to witness ice falling from the glacier. It was awesome! The boat was very nice! I just wish we could have made the whales appear.

This was our first glacier tour.. The crew staff were great, the food was good and the tour was great. The issues we had were with young sunsupervised passengers. Anytime the narrator came on to speak no one stopped talking. Making it difficult to hear what was being said. Over 5 hours of being on a boat not hearing the information and having to deal with many loud unsupervised children is not ideal. I spent a fair amount for my family to enjoy the tour.
